https://mdbootstrap.com/layout/layout-grid/ doesnt work with free version files as you show (boxes are not blue, mobile appear boxes abreast ). Is it PRO? I think that file is missing: What is https://mdbootstrap.com/wp-content/themes/mdbootstrap4/css/compiled.min.css?ver=4.4.0 exactly?
