Please provide me with the complete table with tooltip code - HTML and TS.

I need to reproduce it.

About the screenshot question:

You can upload an image to your answer by using the <img src=" "> tag, or by using the image button which is located in the top bar of answer field (just below the "Write" text).

BTW how do you attach a screen shot to a message when the image is not accessible from the web.

1st issue: We'll take a deeper look at this because that's strange behavior,

2nd issue: There's something wrong with the "top" placement. Every other placement works fine. We'll fix this problem,

3rd issue: I'm not able to reproduce this problem. Could you please provide me the code which causes the described problem?
