What should I use for styling an ordered list ?
e.g. https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_lists.asp
I didn't found anything relevant in https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/angular/components/list-group/#!

Those styles are designed specifically for unordered lists. If you want to display numbers you can change the ul tag to ol and use this styles:
.list-group {
list-style: decimal inside;
}
.list-group-item {
display: list-item;
}
