Topic: New user with questions (Bootstrap 5, Teams License)

I'm a new user considering a purchase of a Teams License, but I have a few questions first.

1) Currently, I am working on a project with one other person, so the entry level Teams license seems like it would be perfect for us.

What I want to know is what constitutes a "user"? Like, if I have a copy on my Desktop and my Laptop, does that eat up 2 users? Also, once the site is in production and live, will that copy on our web server also need a license?

2) I haven't been keeping up with v5 of Bootstrap, but I read an article yesterday that said they are planning to ditch jQuery. Less bloat is obviously preferred, but I suspect that may be a rather difficult adoption for MDB.

Are you planning to update to v5 in the future or will you stay at v4? If you do update to v5, will current users be entitled to the upgrade or will they need to pay for a new license?

1) You can work with MDB on many devices and you can have copies of mdb on your desktop and laptop. A team license will be perfect for you if you work with another person. We provide individual gitlab accounts that allow using MDB each of you.

The unlimited project license gives you the opportunity to have several projects at once, so a copy of the server will not be a problem, in this case, and you won't have to buy a new license for this.

2) We will definitely be upgrading to bootstrap 5 as soon as it is released. Unfortunately, when it'll happen, we'll have to develop everything from scratch so this will be a separate product. Of course, pro users of bootstrap v4 will get a discount on the purchase of a new license.
