You will need to use npm anyway to install dependencies. We explained how to install MDB Angular from .tgz archive here (MDB Pro section, 'zip' tab): https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/angular/getting-started/update/
You need to copy .tgz archive to your project and use npm install archive_name
command.
