Topic: License and referring ng-uikit-pro-standard.

peter.r.bladh@saabgroup.com free asked 5 years ago

According to your example (https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/angular/getting-started/quick-start/) we referring the ng-uikit-pro-standard module like this in the package.json file.

"ng-uikit-pro-standard": "git+https://oauth2:<KEY>@git.mdbootstrap.com/mdb/angular/ng-uikit-pro-standard.git"

But will this still work if our license is not valid (for example if we not renew the license after one year)?

I am using the same but getting issue on ng serve - "node_modules/ng-uikit-pro-standard/ng-uikit-pro-standard"' has no exported member 'CompleterService'."

We have tried to install the Pro version for another user in another project, using your recommendation "npm install ng-uikit-pro-standard-version.tgz", but the installation stops and we get a login screen for GitHub. Are there anything wrong with the tar-file or our configuration?

Dear Peter,

If you will not renew your license after 1 year, you'll still be able to use the MDB Angular Pro library, but you won't be able to install it using our GitLab server.

After a year, you'll be able to download .tar archive with MDB Angular from your User Dashboard, copy this archive to your project, and execute npm install ng-uikit-pro-standard-version.tgz

I hope, that my answer is clear to you :)

Best Regards,

Damian
