I am having the same problem, and I just emailed the email you listed here, and it says address not found. UGH!! so frustrating, I just need to login to gitlab. I just bought the pro version. Why does this happen? I have seen many people commenting the same thing....

Sorry, I made a typo in the email but I have already corrected the above message so you should now be able to send us an email ;)
As for your problem with accessing Gitlab, it occurs because the license you purchased does not include access to the repository.
