Hi, When I want to change the locale of a datepicker, the dayLabels doesn't change. On the demo project, it's the same problem to translate en to de. That the same on v6.2.6

Hi, I have tested the addLocale on OnInit, that doesn't work, the dayLabels disappear on the date picker

Dear BEAUNE, Please try to use addLocale method in OnInit hook instead of AfterViewInit and let me know if that helped. Regards, Arek

would be nice if you could use the registered locale data from angular common locale for format and labels.
